Kyle Pereira is a passionate, thorough Realtor who has called Durham Region home for many years. Based in Oshawa with his wife, business partner Sarah, and their two children, Kyle brings a local perspective and a strategic, data-informed approach to every move.

Kyle works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Durham Region, and the GTA. His own first-home search in 2017 sparked his passion for real estate and showed him firsthand how meaningful the right guidance can be. Today, he helps clients make well-informed decisions with a focus on transparency, authenticity, and long-term relationships.
